How do I place my order?

To place an order:

Finish adding items to your shopping cart.

You may choose to proceed through our website checkout or via PayPal.

To continue through our website checkout, click the “Checkout” green button on the right side of the screen.

To continue through PayPal, click the PayPal button.

You will be transferred to our Customer Information page and prompted to enter:

Email address

Name

Shipping address

If you have a valid discount code, enter it in the “Discount” field on the right side of the screen and click “Apply” to calculate your discount.

Click “Continue to Shipping Method”, confirm your delivery address (if different from billing), then click “Continue to Payment Method”.

Enter your payment details. You may select the option indicating that shipping and billing details are the same, if applicable.

Once completed, click “Complete Order”. You will see an on-screen order confirmation and receive a confirmation email.

What if there are missing or incorrect items in my order?

Kindly include your Order Number and a clear photo (image size under 1MB).
We will reship the correct item at no extra cost, and you may keep the incorrectly shipped item as our gift to you.

How do I know if my order was successful?

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an email confirmation containing your Order Number and purchase details.

I would like to change my order. What should I do?

Order changes are allowed on or before 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT -7) on the same day the order is placed.

How do I add items to my cart?

1.Visit the product page and select your preferences.

2.Click “Add to Cart” to view your shopping cart.

4.Continue shopping or proceed to checkout.

How do I view my shopping cart?

Click the Cart icon at the top of the page.
From there, you can update quantities or remove items from your cart.

How do I remove items from my cart?

Click the Cart icon, locate the item, and click “Remove” under the quantity field.
The cart will automatically update.

How do I change item quantities?

Click the Cart icon, find the item, and update the number in the Quantity field.
The total price will update automatically.

How do I pay using PayPal?

1.Add items to your cart and click “Checkout”

2.On the Customer Information page, locate the “Discount” field

3.Enter your code and click “Apply”

4.Confirm the discount appears in the order summary

What is your cancellation policy?

Order cancellations are accepted before 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT -7) on the same day the order is placed.
After this time, cancellations may no longer be possible.
