Return Policy
Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept returns of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Customers will be charged shipping costs only once at most (this includes returns). No restocking fee will be charged for returning a product.
If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our responsibility, the customer will not be required to bear the return shipping cost.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank—there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
